I hope this is in the right newsgroup, I use autoruns and under drivers, there is a entry for skg5.sys, after doing a little research I have found out it belongs to is3 stopzilla corp. I did use there trial awhile back. If I disable this driver my machine will not boot, but if I go into safe mode and re enable this driver, everything is ok, is this driver needed, if not how do I remove it and still boot in normal mode? Thanks . |

Ted Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.36 -freeware (if you upgrade you pay). http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html Run Malwarebytes' in safe mode and turn off your current anti-virus before you do to avoid a conflict. Disregard the invitation on the web site regarding the Registry Optimiser -a Registry Optimiser is not a helpful utility. -- Hope this helps. Have done this many times already, I have contacted the stopzilla people and they seem concerned about this issue and want to do a remote assistance session, didnt have time today. I will contact them later and see if they can figure it out.
